Time for our family dinner menu for the week 🙂
It’s April! Lots of new produce this month. We took a fabulous trip to Sow a Heart Farm and scored some duck eggs, goat milk (made goat cheese for Easter lunch), some lettuce and spring garlic we pulled out of the earth. We love regenerative agriculture and always looking to support it!
For this week, our CSA vegetable delivery and a first trip to the Farmer’s Market in a long time got us lots of strawberries, fingerling potatoes, leeks, watermelon radishes, Blue Lake green beans and asparagus!
And in our garden, potatoes are coming along, some radishes, and lots of mint, oregano and microgreens.
