What’s for dinner? Our family meal plan for this week!

Happy Spring! Here’s our weekly family meal plan for this first week of Spring!

This season of renewal brings a new sense of wonder for me, you know? New produce, new ideas and a renewed motivation to make good foods. Juicy strawberries, beautiful asparagus, fresh peas… I’m getting excited about cooking for Easter, working on some new recipes, so stay tuned 🙂

For this week, our CSA vegetable delivery was bountiful, with some artichokes, fennel, carrots, green beans, Romanesco cauliflower, and D’Anjou pears and Sumo tangerines.

Do you enjoy eating seasonally? Did you grow up doing it? Do you associate certain foods you love with seasons? Do you cultivate that with your children? I always find that fascinating, I’d love to hear about your experiences! In the meantime, I hope our menu will be helpful!
