Happy Spring! Here’s our weekly family meal plan for this first week of Spring!
This season of renewal brings a new sense of wonder for me, you know? New produce, new ideas and a renewed motivation to make good foods. Juicy strawberries, beautiful asparagus, fresh peas… I’m getting excited about cooking for Easter, working on some new recipes, so stay tuned 🙂
For this week, our CSA vegetable delivery was bountiful, with some artichokes, fennel, carrots, green beans, Romanesco cauliflower, and D’Anjou pears and Sumo tangerines.
